Therefore, it is clear that the role of the property dealers and the real estate brokers has been reformed into a more sensible one. It is more like a partnership than a contract. But the role of the real estate consultants is not disappearing soon. These real estate consultants may not hold the final deal, but they will be useful to both the buyer and the property dealer in terms of advice and suggestions.
